I'm freaking sick of staying in this freaking house. I wanna freaking go out and get a freaking job or something. I don't wanna waste my freaking life doing something of not much importance.
I'm freaking whining.

A lot has happened for these 4 years of my life. Sweet, sour, haunting, embarassing memories... It comes back. But withough them, life would be boring
Here I am, recalling all the memories that I had with you in it. 4 years...
Sec One
Secondary One Admission Phase
-The first time I actually saw you. I was unprepared to accomodate to a whole new environment. I looked at everyone, none whom I knew
Secondary One Orientation
-A whole day of fun. We started to get to know one another. Some of us decided to perform an item for the orientation. We danced to the song All Rise by Blue. It was fun.
School Days
-You sat at the back corner of the classroom when the chairs were arranged for the exams. On one of the days, I overheard Muz saying that he asked you for a stead and you rejected. I sat in my seat in silence...
Secondary Two
Valentine's Day
-Abu secretly gave you a rose during recess, the time when you were not around in class. He told us to put on your table as a surprise when you come back after recess. Something I felt when this occured...
DNT
-You taught me how to use the buffer machine when I didn't come the week before. I was really grateful for your help.
Hari Raya Outing
-We all met Bukit Panjang interchange. You arrived wearing a pink baju kurung. You were gorgeous. My mum even complimented you.
-At Soleha's house, Abu ranted how he tried to get you to stead with him. He told the guys that you rejected him 8 times. Prior to that, he asked you again. You rejected him again, making it the 9th time. He asked to take a picture of you to send to his phone as his phone does not have a camera function. He used my phone to take a picture of you and sent it to his via MMS. I took a brief look at the picture he took. ("You smiling in the pic make it beautiful.")
Secondary Three
The year when it is the most exciting. A lot of things happened...
Before Sec 3 camp
-I looked at the notice board at the back of the canteen that lists the people that were in their respective groups. Group 1, the Greeks... I found my name there. I was surprised that there other ex-1/2e1s in the same group. You, me, Jethro and Sijin. At that time i thought, "Most of my group members are from past years classmates." I was happy then. Nasri thought I was happy because there's you in it. A little guilt conscience, but I tried my best to cover it up.
While I was waiting for the food to arrive, I heard you, Nina and Soleha behind me. You were excited you can't wait for the Sec 3 camp to start. I smiled to myself.
Sec 3 Camp
-Departure time. We were all excited that the camp was about to start. In our classes, we all waited to depart for the campsite. At the corner of my eye, I saw you just getting to board the bus, carrying a stuffed blue bag that you used to carry to school in Sec 1.
-We tried the high elements. Sadly, I did not do any of them. You were the first few people to try out the flying fox.
-When it started to drizzle, we went back to our base. You asked, "Hafiz, you got do any of th e high elements?" I replied a soft "No." "Why?"
I became silent, not knowing what to reply.
-Eating time. I sat opposite Syafiqah and you beside her. While waiting for our turn to eat, we used all our energy shooing away all the pesky flies. You apologised when you thought that you did something wrong and I looked at you with a blank expression.
-When we were eating, we talked about stuff. You couldn't believe (as well as others) how David lost weight that much during the school holidays. I nodded. I couldn't even believe it.
-Syafiqah was greatly disappointed that we did not put in enought team effort.
>Taking this opportunity to apologise.
-Campfire. A moment where spirits held high as everyone sat around the campfire. You sat the front of the group, with Syafiqah. We were practically screaming at the top of lungs as we enjoyed the campfire. It was beautiful.
-The moonlight hike was fun. Everyone walked in single rows, giving out words of caution to the extent that it becomes exaggerated.
-Kayaking. Most of us sat in double kayaks. I teamed up with Sijin while you with Syafiqah. There was one time when we went into a short 'war' and we started to splash water at each other using our oars. We basically rowed around until the instructor told us to raft-up. We played a little game where the person at each end try to hop over till reaching the other end. (We broke another group's record)
Racial Harmony Day
-You wore a blue cheongsam with little patterns on it. During Malay class, Fandy secretly took a picture of you just to show it to me. (That time only Fandy and Nasri knew that I liked you.
-On that night itself, I drew you as how you looked. My artistic skills may not be much, but I decided to take a shot at it due to my obesession (as according to Nasri)...
25-May (CIP)
-We all sat in the hall, waiting for further instructions by the teacher. Nasri decided that we, (Nasri, Fandy and me) sit near you guys. Fandy used his camera phone to take a picture of you. You were caught off guard. He then sent the picture he took of you to my phone. (25-May-206 10.05 a.m.)
-We were to sell novelty pens around Bugis. We met each other while walking around.
12-October (Your birthday)
-I bought you a keychain that bears your name. I had it done about 2 months before you birthday. Together I gave you a keychain and a fluffy little cat toy.
-Nasri gave you a pink cap.
November
-Muz said that there will be a filming contest. We had a shooting. The crew: Nasri, Wen Jia, Fareez, Muz, Nina, Soleha, Ryan, you and me.
-Our first shooting was in the school toilet. We all met in the concourse after 7. We sat around the big table discussing the plan and status. The toilet scene was horrifyingly fun.
-The next scene was near the carpark gate. You had to dress as a pontianak. Ryan was to give you the cue as to when to jump out. To me, you weren't scary at all. It was cute.
-To get to the next scene, we had to take a trip to Bukit Batok Interchange. On the way to the bus stop, Fareez was walking at the front, smoking. You then tried to fan away the smoke coming from the cigarette. ("How dare he smoke in front of her...")
-On another shooting date, we met near Wen jia's house. The scene: Guy (Fareez) making out with another girl (Wen Jia) when he already has a girlfriend (You). 'You' saw 'Fareez' making out with 'Wen Jia' and you become furious. 'You' quarrelled with 'Fareez' for a bit and 'You' run off crying, leaving the scene.
-We had to shoot a scene where the the 'pakcik' died (unknown reasons) and the grim reaper taking his soul away. On the way to Wen Jia's house, we were crossing the road. You dropped your shoebag in the middle road, while waiting for a clear path to cross the road. I stood nearby and stared while you were struggling with your things. ("The memory comes back to haunt me. No initiative to help you.")
The film was discontinued as according to Muz, the competition has ended.
Secondary Four
The final year. I made a resolution not to miss any event offered by the school. It sped by...
Racial Harmony Day
-You were much prettier than before. I was amazed. You dressed in a white qipao with a scarf wrapped around and a flower pinned on the chest. Abu complimented on your beauty, but he was telling Justin that.
The Tempest
-We went to this play as offered by the school. It was the first live play I watched. I knew you would be watching the play as it is literature. I did not go because I know that you would be going, but as new a experience to watch a real life play.
Kayaking (*2)
-A chance to improve my kayaking skills. Aidil kept teasing me on one part of the course. I ignored.
-On the last day, it was test time. You managed to pass at the 2nd try but I failed however, when I capsized, trying to swerve. But it was ok. It was an experience.
Graduation Dinner
-You came late along with a few others. You were simply beautiful in the dress you wore. Something a princess (Shen Caijing) would wear. What more than a matching mask to further add to your stunning beauty.
-I voted you for Ms Prom.
-The dance floor was open, we just jumped around, danced 2-steps and whatever moves we had. A night to remember.
-After the dance, we had to leave the room. A lot hanged around putside the Crystal Ballroom. Pictures are still being taken. I wanted to take a picture with you with 'my' handphone, a personal photo i wanted to remember during the prom night. But I lost it during the dance. Since then, depression took over...
("The memories I have stays inside forever.")
Nobody can stop the flow of time, but a moment captured in the frame of the heart will never disappear. That will be shown at the bottom of their hearts will always give off a great feeling... sweet... and bitter...
